Do your own research and Beware
Cupshe is a Ciñese Company working out of our American states but REUSE to tell customers when asked. I’ve asked multiple times and they spin the answer.That alone is misleading consumers Cupshe has nice bathing suits BUT unlike, just about every store, they charge 9.99 for returns or exchanges. The sizes are never the same, probably because they are manufactured in different countries. It’s almost impossible to get an upfront answer to where they manufacture their products. They give you so called “ Points” for past purchases then they change their titles to “ Coupons” and do not allow you to use your rightful “ Points” with promo coupons they offer to the general public. Something is scewed and not explained to customers. Beware . Misinformation at its worst. In response to CUPSHE’s response, please go to their site and see how they label your induction into their VIP club as the chance to earn “ POINTS” to use on future purchases, NOT COUPONS, that then restrict loyal VIP customers from using POINTS with promo coupons available to everyone. An they are not correct in saying my promo code was not valid, they, themselves sent me a promo code for downloading their APP and making my first purchase through it. Thank you for Finally stating how your products are manufactured all over the world, which certainly explains the sizing confusion. Your representatives always say they are coming from California. In addition a set return price of 9.99 has nothing to do with our US Postal service or weight. A size small bathing suit can ship for a quarter of that fee.Google all info. And verify.

I have to say the returns process was a little unclear and complicated. Just a QR code would be useful.

Bought stuff which didn't fit..contacted them to return ..they told me I had 7 days to take photos of them with tags attached )WHICH I DID) forwarded photos on and haven't heard a word back from them..so the 7 days they give me is over due to them not returning a email with some number I need to post back....DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY .......update .....have sent you the photos requested again

Bummer, shipping is not free
I really like cupshe and have used it a few times and really love the quality of their suits… The only thing that I think is a bummer is that they charge for shipping on the first return. I think an online company that makes you try on bathing suits should have shipping for free because you know you will always send something back because bathing suits are hard to fit different bodies. I think any online company should make free shipping at least on the first return because they are saving a lot of money on not having a storefront etc. etc. this is just where, the online world is going. But other than that I’ve had a great experience.
Beware that you better LOVE and pray…
Beware that you better LOVE and pray your purchase fits. Their return practices are SO slimy, extremely inconvenient and extremely unconventional. They have all the snap shots ready to contest their policies. If an item is on sale (there's fine print) you cannot return it. Then they try to trick you to get more coupons instead to keep the cycle going! Don't take for granted typical online returns or products.

Returns are very expensive
Returns are very expensive. 5.99 for them to issue a label to return 2 items. Not sure I’ll be ordering from them again. Will also be unsubscribing from the emails
Pretty sweet deal
Pretty sweet deal! I made sure to have all the return details before I ordered, to make sure I wouldn’t have to pay for overseas (China) shipping. Customer service was very helpful and transparent and this made me confident to order some bikinis because there’s an Auckland based depot for returns. The quality was excellent and they looked just like the pictures. Their return policy is AMAZING, which made me decide to order more. Again, fast shipping and good quality clothes. Not sure how they can make a profit with offering so much credit (130%) instead of a refund (which is optional!), but in this case not too good to be true.

Your products are beautiful, great quality but returns are awful. Having to pay $20 to return a bikini is outrageous on top of not even providing a return label. I'll stick with other online shopping sites with free returns.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Ordered two swim suits all I want to do is return them and I’ve been trying for three weeks. No normal returns process. You have to request a return and pay for it yourself. Regular companies offer free returns Customer service is dire. It’s taken 3 weeks to get a returns address.

Great service & quick delivery times. Was able to return items that didn't fit easily & money refunded back quickly. Staff were very helpful with questions that I had.

Parcel was shipped quickly and I was able to track via their link with more updated info than on my Australia Post account.
I arranged a return of one item with the fabric not being what I expected. No fuss and done online with refund being processed that day.
Quality of swimwear is great and they seem to offer discounts often.

I bought 3 swimsuits that were to large. I contacted CUPSHE to do an exchange and they offered me the option of a credit to use, to purchase new suits. I didn’t even have to send the other suits back. I just uploaded a few photos of the unworn suits with tags and panty liner still attached. Great customer service and very easy to use. I’ve ordered a lot of clothes from CUPSHE and I’ve never had an issue.

Everything from the swimsuits to clothing are awesome. I’ve been a customer for years and I always have a great experience. If I’ve ever ran into a sizing problem it’s resolved right away. I love CUPSHE!
